Our culture is grounded in safety, accountability, and craftsmanship-with one clear goal: We're looking for a Union Carpenter Foreman to lead field operations on commercial construction projects in the Los Angeles area. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who knows the work, leads from the front, and takes pride in delivering high-quality results.
You'll be responsible for running crews, coordinating work in the field, and ensuring projects stay on schedule, on budget, and above standard.
Lead and supervise carpentry crews on active job sites
Plan daily and weekly work to meet project schedules
Oversee metal stud framing, drywall installation, and finishing work
Read and interpret blueprints, layouts, and project specifications
Coordinate with Project Managers and Superintendents to keep work moving
Maintain quality control and hold crews accountable for workmanship
Strong experience in metal stud framing and drywall systems
Proven ability to run crews and manage field production
Solid understanding of jobsite safety and union work environments
Union wage: $55.24/hour (per applicable union scale)
