Float PharmacistJoin our team as a Float Pharmacist and help support our pharmacies at various clinics!As a pharmacist at Yakima Valley Farm Workers Clinic, you are truly integrated into a team-based healthcare organization working to the top of your licensure. Pharmacists are involved in all aspects of patient care and have access to patient charts, labs, medications, and diagnoses. With the ability to prescribe or modify care plans via collaborative agreements, our goal is to ensure patients receive the best and most complete, cost-effective medications and care possible. Aside from traditional outpatient dispensing, pharmacists provide clinical support to medical providers via chronic refill authorization, therapeutic interchanges, and prior authorization completions.
