Full-Time | PRN | Flexible Schedule | Pay‑Per‑Visit
65–$70 per visit + Medicare differential pay
Average full‑time earnings: $Quarterly bonus opportunities

Vero Beach, FL / Indian River County – territories designed to minimize drive time with clustered scheduling.
No hospital shifts or 12‑hour rotations
No weekends or holidays required (flexible options available)
Structured onboarding and mentorship
Ongoing clinical training and development
Your Role as a Home Health Occupational Therapist
Develop individualized treatment plans based on physician orders
Provide therapy focused on improving functional mobility and daily living skills
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
Supervise and delegate care to Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) when appropriate
Health insurance (starts after 30 days)
Flexible employment options: Full‑time, PRN, or 1099
