Upstream Hospitality Group is an ever-growing hospitality group that has a wide variety of tastes with a common theme holding them all together: creativity, progression, and originality. We are looking for a customer-focused Host to join our team! You will welcome guests, seat them in the restaurant and help them enjoy an exceptional dining experience.

Seat guests at tables or in waiting areas, ensuring smooth and fair table rotation for the service team.

Communicate server assignments so guests know who will be taking care of them.

Manage the flow of guests in both dining and bar areas, providing accurate wait times when necessary.

Answer the phone and direct calls appropriately.

Keep the host stand and entrance area neat, organized, and welcoming at all times.

Be a team playerjump in to assist wherever needed to help the restaurant run smoothly.

Previous experience as a host or server in a busy restaurant environment is a plus, but not required.

Ability to communicate effectively in person and over the phone.
