Job Type: Full-Time, On-Site
Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
Compensation: $245K Base Salary + 20% Bonus Structure + Additional monthly compensation for NP/PA supervision
Our client is a premier outpatient primary care network dedicated to a value-based care model . In this role, you will focus entirely on patient outcomes and quality of care rather than volume or RVU pressures. You will provide comprehensive clinical care to a diverse patient base focusing primarily on adults and the senior population alongside a collaborative team of nurse practitioners and support staff.
True Value-Based Care: Zero RVU quotas or volume-driven pressure.
Strong Compensation: Competitive $245K base, 20% structured bonuses, and extra leadership stipends.
