In this hands-on role, you will support the development and integration of Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) solutions that enable transformative medical diagnostics and patient care. Bachelor's degree in chemistry, science, engineering, or related field with 5+ years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree with 1-3+ years of experience.
Demonstrated hands-on expertise in PCR, DNA sequencing, nucleic acid extraction, library prep, and NGS workflows.
Experience with data analysis and automation tools such as MATLAB, Python, Git, or similar.
Strong understanding of statistical methods including regression analysis and ANOVA.
Experience working in fast-paced, matrixed environments with minimal supervision.
Strong project management, multitasking, and prioritization skills.
Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
Degree in a relevant scientific or engineering discipline combined with experience in NGS or related fields.
At least 2 years of experience working with sequencing platforms, lab automation, or bioinformatics.

Willingness to work in a collaborative laboratory environment with potential for occasional travel related to project needs.
