MPOWER Physical Therapy is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our outpatient orthopedic team. This position provides the opportunity to work with a collaborative clinical staff in a supportive and patient-focused environment.

Therapy technician support within the clinic

Responsibilities Evaluate and treat patients in an outpatient orthopedic setting

Develop individualized treatment plans and home exercise programs

Complete accurate and timely documentation

Communicate effectively with physicians, staff, and patients

Supervise support staff and therapy technicians as appropriate

Maintain compliance with clinic policies, documentation standards, and payer requirements

Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development opportunities

Assist with general clinic operations as needed

Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program

Current Physical Therapist license in the state of Tennessee (or eligible for licensure)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred, but not required
