Group Home Caregiver - Paid Daily

Overview We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Caregiver to join our team. In this role, you will deliver high-quality care and support to our residents, helping with daily activities while ensuring their health, safety, and overall well-being.
Your expertise in medication administration , adherence to personalized care plans, and collaborative spirit will contribute to exceptional outcomes for each resident. If you are passionate about enriching the lives of seniors with personalized, hands-on care, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities Medication Administration: Deliver medications as outlined in residents' care plans.
Daily Living Assistance: Help residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and eating.
Health Monitoring: Observe and document residents' health, reporting any changes to the healthcare team.
Personalized Care: Follow individualized care plans to meet each resident's unique needs.
Provide companionship and encourage a positive environment.
Emergency Response: Act quickly and appropriately in emergency situations.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues and communicate with families about resident care.
Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent.
Valid Arizona Caregiver Certification Certification.
Current CPR and First Aid Certification.
Valid Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card.
Excellent communication skills and a compassionate approach to care.
Prior experience in assisted living or healthcare is a plus.
Physical capability to safely lift and transfer residents.
