Position Summary:
We are seeking a General Dentist to join a well-established, patient-centered practice in Rochester, MN. This opportunity offers a strong clinical environment with modern technology, an engaged team, and consistent patient demand.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive general dentistry, including diagnosis and treatment planning
Perform restorative, preventive, and basic surgical procedures
Educate patients on oral health, treatment options, and post-care instructions
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Collaborate with hygienists, assistants, and support staff to ensure efficient patient care
Adhere to all clinical, ethical, and regulatory standards
Qualifications:
DDS or DMD from an accredited dental program (CODA)
Active or eligible dental license in the state of Minnesota
CPR certification required
Strong attention to detail and clinical accuracy
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Patient-focused mindset with a team-oriented approach
