We're looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Housekeeper who enjoys working in a team environment and is committed to maintaining a beautiful, safe, and inviting community. Your attention to detail and dedication will play an important role in enhancing the quality of life for our residents and creating a positive experience for everyone who visits our community.

Responsibilities

Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of all community common areas, including the leasing office, restrooms, model apartments, amenities, and vacant apartment homes.

Ensure vacant apartments are clean, fresh, and always ready to welcome prospective residents.

Assist with apartment make-ready preparations and other housekeeping tasks as directed by the Executive Director.

Monitor the community for maintenance concerns, safety hazards, or conditions that could impact residents, visitors, or team members, and report them promptly.

Maintain an organized inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when replenishment is needed.

Follow all safety, sanitation, and infection-control procedures.

Help create a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment that residents are proud to call home.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

A positive attitude and strong attention to detail.

Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Ability to work collaboratively with team members across the community.

Previous housekeeping or janitorial experience is preferred but not required—we're happy to train the right person.

Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, walking, bending, lifting, and carrying cleaning equipment and supplies.
