As a Sales Associate at Topdrawer, you are the face of our brandwelcoming customers, sharing product stories, and helping people find tools that inspire creativity and intentional living. Whether guiding someone through our notebook collection or helping them discover a new creative ritual, you bring Topdrawer's philosophy of quiet design to life.
Deliver a warm, educational, and personalized customer experience
Foster a welcoming and inspiring environment for customers and teammates
Assist with day-to-day operations including restocking, visual displays, and store upkeep
Present merchandise in a way that highlights craftsmanship and design
Support product launches and seasonal refreshes
Meet or exceed personal and store-level sales goals
Uphold standards in service, presentation, and accuracy at the point of sale
