We are looking for an engaged, full-time, licensed OTR/L to become a part of a dynamic and innovative therapy team that thrives on collaboration, creativity, and delivering impactful results. Craft Individualized Treatment Plans: Assess patient needs and design tailored therapy approaches that facilitate the achievement of functional objectives.
Collaborate with Healthcare Teams: Partner closely with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to deliver thorough and integrated care.
Evaluate and Document Progress: Monitor clinical results and modify treatments accordingly to keep patients on their path to recovery.
Degree in Occupational Therapy from a nationally accredited program
Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) licensure
Required certification from the NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy)
A genuine passion for helping others and the motivation to support them in reaching their highest level of autonomy
