We are seeking a full-time Night Hospitalist to join a well-established inpatient team in Syracuse, NY. The role involves providing high-quality, patient-centered care during 12-hour overnight shifts on a 7-on/7-off rotation .
The Hospitalist will manage admissions, inpatient care, and overnight rounding , collaborating closely with subspecialists and multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive, safe, and timely patient care. This is a physician-led, supportive environment with strong specialty backup for complex cases.

Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
NY Medical License or willingness to obtain
Minimum experience as a Hospitalist; no fresh graduates accepted
Experience with EPIC EMR or similar electronic documentation systems
Structured 7-on/7-off night rotation with 12-hour shifts
Strong support from a collegial Hospitalist team with specialty backup
