Plumbing, Journeyman Plumber

As a Plumber, you’ll be part of a trusted team that ensures the integrity and efficiency of building systems across world-class properties. As a CBRE Plumber, you will coordinate general preventive maintenance, repair, testing, installation, and fixing of plumbing, mechanical and distribution systems throughout a facility.

Repair, install, replace, test, and solve the water and medical gas supply and distribution system.

Install new water systems, piping, and fixturesbyblueprints, drawings, specifications, and applicable codes.

Support colleagues or external workers with projects or equipment installations.

Complete plumbing safety inspections on backflow devices.

Offer training toadditionalteammembers for themto carry out minor plumbing maintenance and repairs.

Perform general maintenance and building systems operational duties as assigned.

Respond to emergency situations, summoning extra help as needed.

Follow all activity policies and procedures, alwaysincluding all HSE-related requirements.

Impacta range of customer, operational, project or service activities withinownteam and other related teams.

High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma or equivalent experience with 4-5 years of job-related experience.

Plumbing certification at the Journeyman levelrequired. Medical Gas certification and Backflow certification preferred.

Ability to exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information.
