Production Laborer - Temp

$22 per hour

General Production Worker This role supports a foam and filtration composite production line that manufactures fans and industrial filters in a fabrication shop environment. You will contribute to a steady and efficient production process by performing general production, assembly, and labor tasks while maintaining high standards of quality, and safety.

Responsibilities Operate and support the foam and filtration composite production line used to manufacture fans and industrial filters.

Perform general production and assembly tasks according to established procedures and work instructions.

Handle materials and components safely and efficiently throughout the production process.

Monitor workstations to ensure consistent product quality and promptly report any issues or defects.

Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized work area.

Work collaboratively with team members and communicate effectively to keep the production line running smoothly.

Demonstrate reliability by arriving on time, staying engaged throughout the shift, and completing assigned tasks.

Care for equipment and tools by using them properly and reporting any malfunctions or maintenance needs.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Baton Rouge, LA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
