Pam Marshall, OTR/L, founded the practice and owns and runs it with her husband, Jim. What the work looks like You’ll evaluate and treat children ages 0 to 21 across a range of diagnoses.

You’ll work under one roof with speech therapy, occupational therapy, mental health therapy, psychology, and ABA.

When a child’s needs are complex, you have a whole team to collaborate with, co‑treat, share goals, and problem‑solve the hard cases together.

You’re a good fit if: You hold current Kentucky PT licensure and graduated from an accredited APTA program for Physical Therapy

You hold current CPR and First Aid certification

You have experience with, or interest in learning, telehealth

Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
