Job Title: Registered Nurse

Starting hourly range of $34 - $40 Compensation based on level of experience.

Shifts available: Overnight (6pm - 6am)

Meeting the physical, social, and spiritual needs of individuals through comprehensive long-term and short-term health care.' Here we serve others and put their needs before ours on a daily basis, with respect, safety, and diligence. Plan and execute nursing care according to individual care plans and physician's instructions.

• Assess residents' physical, psychological, social, and spiritual needs.
• Supervise and assist nursing assistants with resident care.
• Initiate and modify care plans as needed.
• Monitor residents' conditions and adjust care plans accordingly.
• Collaborate with medical staff and other departments to ensure optimal resident care.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, team members, and healthcare professionals.
• Administer medication with utmost care and attention to detail.
• Maintain accurate and concise records of resident care.
• Assist with discharge planning and provide resident and family education.

Graduation from a nursing program and current licensure in South Dakota.

• Thorough knowledge of nursing principles, procedures, and ethics.
• Compassionate and empathetic attitude towards residents and their families.
• Reliable transportation and good physical and mental health.
