Home Care RN needed for St. As a Home Health Registered Nurse, you'll provide in-home skilled nursing care to patients by developing personalized care plans, administering medications and supporting recovery and independence. Licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of PA

Two (2) years experience as a professional care nurse with home care experience preferred

Ability to work a weekend rotation once monthly & 2 holidays annually
