Facilities Technician 5
Our client, a global facilities management and commercial real estate services organization, is seeking a Facilities Technician 5 to join their team. As a Facilities Technician 5, you will be part of the Facilities Operations and Engineering Department supporting the Building Engineering and Maintenance Team across a five-building campus. Job Title: Facilities Technician 5
Pay Range: $35.00 - $43.00 per hour
Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on HVAC, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and building systems.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and respond to alarms within Building Automation Systems (Siemens, Schneider, and Metasys).
Maintain and repair HVAC equipment, electrical distribution systems, plumbing systems, and building infrastructure.
Conduct facility inspections, identify deficiencies, and recommend corrective actions to support client operations.
Respond to emergency maintenance situations and ensure equipment reliability across a five-building campus.
Journeyman-level experience with at least 4 years of commercial building engineering and HVAC maintenance experience.
Experience working with Building Automation Systems (Siemens, Schneider, Metasys, or similar platforms).
Strong knowledge of HVAC, MEP systems, electrical distribution, plumbing, and general facility maintenance.
Valid driver's license and ability to participate in an on-call rotation every 5-6 weeks.
Competitive pay ranging from $35.00 to $43.00 per hour.
