Are you a high-energy professional with a passion for technology and a talent for sales? ITS, a leading Managed Service Provider (MSP) specializing in IT and Telecommunication Services for small to midsize businesses across Central and Southern California, is looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will be at the forefront of our growth, establishing and managing relationships with key executives, owning market verticals, and playing a crucial part in shaping our sales strategy as we expand into new regions. With over 30 years of success and a seasoned Executive Management team, we are entering an exciting growth phase, and we need a motivated leader to help drive our next chapter.
We are seeking a Manager of Sales at ITS to help lead ITS into the next phase of growth. Reporting to the CEO, the Manager of Sales will be responsible for an existing Sales team. This person will lead the strategic direction and management of the sales engine to fine-tune, optimize, scale, and successfully help the company meet its short and long-term objectives. You will learn from our existing team and draw from their extensive experience and success, while bringing new perspectives and solutions to enable exponential growth and greater market share penetration. As a trusted advisor, the Manager of Sales must be an authentic collaborator, strong leader, and proactive, strategic problem solver.
Lead Sales Initiatives: Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies that align with company goals and drive top‑line growth.
Client Relationship Management: Establish and manage relationships with key executives, ensuring that ITS becomes a trusted partner in their IT and telecommunication needs.
Team Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and manage a high‑performing sales team, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages success and professional growth.
Sales Process Ownership: Take ownership of the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring a seamless and effective approach that maximizes revenue.
Cross‑Department Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, customer support, and product development, to ensure alignment and maximize client satisfaction.
Vendor and Customer Collaboration: Partner with vendors to enhance service offerings and deliver value to customers through tailored solutions.
Leverage technology platforms like Salesforce and Outreach to optimize sales processes, improve team efficiency, and track performance.
Quota Achievement: Set, monitor, and achieve sales targets, ensuring that your team consistently meets and exceeds company expectations.
Experience: 10+ years of experience in sales management, with a strong preference for candidates with a background in IT Sales leadership.
Demonstrated success in B2B sales, particularly in closing complex deals involving multiple decision‑makers.
Leadership Skills: Proven ability to build, lead, and mentor a high‑performing sales team, with a focus on achieving collective goals.
Technical Aptitude: Familiarity with B2B software and technology platforms, including CRM systems like Salesforce, and a commitment to using technology to drive results.
Organizational Skills: Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to a fast‑paced environment.

You’ll manage the entire sales process, from initial engagement to closing, ensuring that we continue to drive top‑line growth and extend our market reach.
