Part time Loan Processor

WSECU is seeking a driven and relationship-focused Mortgage Loan Officer - External to grow our residential lending presence in the community! In this role, you'll build and cultivate a strong network of referral partners, develop new business opportunities, and guide members through the home financing process with confidence and care. You'll own your production through proactive outreach and a strategic marketing plan, while delivering exceptional service that reflects WSECU's Brand Promise. Originate mortgage loans, ensuring accurate pricing, structuring, and timely, compliant disclosures
Achieve or exceed production goals by actively marketing WSECU mortgage products, developing an individual marketing plan, and participating in campaigns and advertising
Deliver a high-quality member experience by upholding WSECU's Brand Promise and collaborating with internal partners to enhance the end-to-end mortgage process
Manage the full loan lifecycle, including maintaining an active pipeline, submitting complete loan packages, and communicating proactively to ensure timely closings
Participate in team and organizational routines, including sales meetings, trainings, and business activities, while supporting team operations as needed
Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities, monitoring market trends, and supporting process enhancements
At least three (3) years of demonstrated mortgage loan origination experience, including familiarity with FHA/VA requirements
College degree in business or closely related field is preferred (related experience may be substituted, year for year, for academic achievement)

Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:30 pm, full time minimum 40 hours per week, with scheduling flexibility required to meet the needs of this non-exempt position.
