School Paraprofessional / CNA / HHA

Paraprofessional (HHA/CNA)
Hourly Rate: $23.70/hr starting 8/01/2026
After completing a full day of FREE Nonviolent Crisis Prevention training, you will provide 1:1 support to a student with behavioral and/or medical needs that require dedicated adult assistance. Student ages range from preschool through high school. We are seeking compassionate, dependable adults who can help maintain a safe and supportive environment.
Schedule/Shift

Hours will vary depending on school site
Monitor student during academic and non-academic times to ensure safety
Students may require behavioral support, medical support, ambulation support and/or toileting support
HHA or CNA certification strongly preferred

Empathy and patience (support students with diverse learning/medical needs without escalating situations)
Reliability & attention to detail (consistent attendance, accurate documentation, and careful supervision for safety)
Per Diem / Temporary (Hourly) Roles
