Automotive BDC Receptionist - Full TimeDePaula Chevrolet is looking for a Receptionist for our Business Development Center. This receptionist is the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional customer service while supporting the dealership's sales and service department. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals with strong communication and organizational skills who are looking to begin a career in the automotive industry with opportunities for advancement.Responsibilities:Answer and direct incoming telephone calls to the appropriate departments or team members.Make outbound calls to customers for appointment reminders, retention campaigns, follow-up, and customer satisfaction.Maintain customer information and appointment records in dealership management system(DMS).Provide basic information regarding dealership products, services, and hours of operation.Assist with administrative tasks and other duties assigned.Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent.Professional phone etiquette and customer service skills.Basic computer knowledge.Previous customer service or receptionist experience is helpful but not required.Benefits:Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance.Life Insurance.Paid Holidays.Weekly pay.DePaula Chevrolet is a premier automotive dealership located in Albany, NY.
