At Wet Nose, our Client Specialists are part pet nutritionist, part concierge, and part emotional support human (for both pets and their people). Whether you're helping a nervous new pup parent or saving the day so Hubby doesn't forget the meatballs (again), this role is all about connection, compassion, and expert-level treat dispensing.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Client Specialist at Wet Nose, you’ll be doing a little bit of everything—with a whole lot of heart.

Greet every guest (furry and human) with enthusiasm and warmth

Offer thoughtful product and nutrition recommendations based on each pet’s needs

Manage grooming and self-wash appointments with care and accuracy

Keep our shelves stocked and displays looking their best

Fulfill online, curbside, and delivery orders quickly and efficiently

Maintain a clean, inviting store—sweeping, wiping, and tidying as you go

Support our in-store deli by helping guests with fresh food selections

Work toward daily sales goals with confidence and pride

Collaborate with your team to keep the good vibes flowing

What You Bring to The Pack

You don’t need years of retail experience—you just need the right attitude, a love for pets, and a willingness to learn.

A naturally outgoing, friendly personality

A genuine love for both people and animals

Strong communication and customer service skills

Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced setting

A team-first mindset—you’re helpful, flexible, and kind

Reliability and a strong work ethic

Comfort using a point-of-sale system (we’ll train you!)

Must be 18+ and available to work at least one weekend day
