Shift Flexible Material Handler

Job Description 1 st shift, Material Handler
Pay: $19.00–$20.00 per hour

BETE is seeking a dependable and motivated Material Handler to support our manufacturing operations by ensuring materials move efficiently throughout the facility. In this hands-on role, you'll work closely with production, shipping, receiving, and inventory teams to keep operations running smoothly while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

Transport raw materials, components, and finished goods throughout the facility.

• Deliver materials to production and return unused inventory accurately.
• Receive incoming shipments, inspect materials, and process receipts in our ERP system.
• Pick, pack, stage, and prepare customer orders for shipment using UPS, FedEx, LTL, and freight carriers.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts and inventory transactions.
• Support production by kitting materials and responding to material requests to minimize downtime.
• Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2–5 years of warehouse, shipping/receiving, inventory, or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Forklift experience required; Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred) and inventory management.
• Comfortable lifting up to 50 pounds and standing, walking, bending, and reaching throughout the workday.
