This roleis responsible forimproving overall equipment effectiveness (OEE),optimizinglabor and materialutilization, and enhancing production systems through LEAN methodologies and digital transformation.This individual will work cross-functionally toidentifyinefficiencies, implement sustainable improvements, and develop scalable processes that support both current operations and future growth. A strong hands-on presence on the manufacturing floor is essential.The ideal candidate will bring deepexpertisein manufacturing systems (SAP, MES), capacity planning, and continuous improvement, while actively driving measurable performance gains.WhatYou’llDo:Safety & Operational ExcellenceChampiona safety-first culture while integrating safety considerations into all process improvementsLead LEAN manufacturing initiatives toeliminatewaste and improve process flowDevelop and enhance a visual factory with clear metrics, targets, and performance trackingOEE & Equipment EfficiencyDrive OEE system implementation, standardization, and adoption across operationsPerform root cause analysis (RCA) on OEE losses and execute sustainable corrective actionsImprove equipmentutilizationand operational efficiency, including targeted improvements on PECVD processes (liner changes, changeovers, uptime optimization)Production Planning & SAP OptimizationImprove schedule adherence through SAP master data optimizationDrive lead time reduction initiatives through workflow and system improvementsDevelop and manage Rough Cut Capacity Planning (RCCP) models in SAPEnhance rework, yield, and WIP visibility through system improvements and reportingMaterial, Inventory & Flow OptimizationOptimizeWIP levels to reduce queue times and improve throughputImprove consumable and bulk material usageDrive inventory optimization strategies aligned with production demandImprove spaceutilizationand storage efficiencyLabor Efficiency & ProductivityAnalyze and improve labor efficiency, ensuringaccuratecapture of all workOptimizelabor work centers and reporting structures in SAPDrive labor productivity improvements with clear metricsEstablish and track work cell performance targets and standard metricsDigital & Process TransformationLead transition from paper-based processes to electronic systemsSupport long-term MES strategy and implementation initiativesImprove data integrity and accessibility to enable data-driven decision makingSetvisualfactory model.Manufacturing & NPI SupportAssess new product manufacturing readiness, including routings, BOMs, layout, and workflow efficiencyDevelop and implement Best Known Methods (BKMs) for production processesPartner with cross-functional teams (engineering, operations, quality, supply chain) to drive alignment and executionExecution & LeadershipActively work on the manufacturing floor toidentifyissues and implement solutions firsthandLead cross-functional improvement efforts with a strong bias for action and accountabilityDeliver measurable improvements in efficiency, yield, throughput, and costWhat We Seek:BS or MS inIndustrialEngineering or related engineering field, or equivalent experience.5+ years of manufacturing experience in high-volume, technically complex industries such as semiconductor, medical device, precision manufacturing, aerospace, biotechnology, or similar regulated manufacturing environmentsDemonstrated expertise in Lean Manufacturing principles and methodologies, with hands-on experience applying Lean tools to improve manufacturing and operational performanceHands-on experience with SAP or other ERP systems​Demonstratedleadership skills with the ability to influence, guide,engineersand operations personnel.Strong analytical and problem-solving capability, including statistical analysis and structured troubleshooting methods.Excellent documentation and technical writing skills.Strong communicationskills with the ability to present technical information clearly to executives, peers, and customers.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and manage multiple priorities.Strong project management skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams.OutstandingCandidatesWillHave:Proven experience leading complex investigations, implementing process control systems, and improving stability and capability.Expertisewith Lean, Six Sigma, and structured problem-solving tools.Demonstrated track record of identifying operational inefficiencies, developing improvement strategies, and leading implementation efforts that deliver measurable business results.Demonstratedsuccess leading cross-functional initiatives.Understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes and cleanroom requirements.
