LANDSCAPER I (Full Time)

Overview SeeScan is seeking a Landscaper to maintain the health and appearance of the landscaping at our facilities.

This is a full-time, onsite position in Kearny Mesa. Medical, dental, and vision coverage

Flexible Paid Time Off plan with no cap or “use it or lose it” requirement

Responsibilities Maintain the grounds, exterior buildings, and landscape

Maintain proper care of equipment and supplies

Maintain irrigation control valves and wirings

Help with fertilizing, trimming, pruning, mowing, edging, and weed control

Remove and/or replace any dead or dying plants, flowers, or shrubs

Operate gas and electric carts, forklift and other landscaping equipment

Qualifications 3+ years’ related experience in facility grounds maintenance

Experience in a multi-unit environment preferred

Helpful knowledge and experience Fruit trees and vines

Able to speak and understand English
