Millwright Helper, Maintenance

Position Summary Responsible for executing helper duties to assist assigned crew.

Primary Responsibilities Basic rigging, come-along, etc.

Cut pipe, conduit, metal, wood

Material handling

Fork truck and pickup truck driving

Use of hand electric power tools and pneumatic tools

Assist mechanics in assembly and work performance, demolition, cleaning, removing debris

Building and ground maintenance

Qualifications * Minimum 3 years industrial construction/maintenance industry experience

* Knowledge of fire protecting, different types of metals, bearings, mechanical seals, tandem seals, compression packing, multi-stage pumps, vertical pumps, different types of drive coupling, cooling tower fan units, gearboxes and agitators
