Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM)
Key Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care on a Medical Surgical Telemetry unit during night shift hours
Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms and respond appropriately to telemetry findings
Administer medications safely and accurately in accordance with facility protocols
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to support patient outcomes and continuity of care
Complete required facility orientation modules, assessments, and annual competency requirements as assigned
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 12 months of permanent Med/Surg Telemetry experience required
Active, permanent Ohio RN license or Compact state license — must be in hand at time of submission; no pending licenses accepted
Active AHA BLS certification required — must be in hand at time of submission
Active ACLS certification required — must be in hand at time of submission
One professional reference from a manager, Assistant Nurse Manager, supervisor, or director in the applicable specialty from an assignment within the past 12 months is required (co-worker references will not be accepted)
Local candidates are welcome and will be considered
Preferred Experience / Skills
Experience gained within a single facility or location is preferred, though not required
Familiarity with ECG rhythm recognition and medication administration assessment processes
Background in a high-acuity or fast-paced hospital environment
