The T&A Agency is seeking motivated and coachable individuals interested in starting a career in the insurance industry.
This opportunity is ideal for individuals looking for flexibility, income growth potential, and the ability to help families protect what matters most. No prior insurance experience is required. We provide training, mentorship, and support throughout the licensing process and onboarding experience.
Responsibilities
- Connect with clients to discuss life insurance and financial protection needs
- Educate clients on available coverage options
- Maintain professional communication and follow up with clients
- Participate in training and mentorship programs
- Manage your schedule and work independently in a remote environment

Important Information
- This is a 1099 independent contractor position
- Compensation is commission-based
- Insurance licensing is required before actively selling policies, but candidates do not need to be licensed before applying
- Income is based on effort, consistency, and production
