Experienced strategy consultants with over 3 years at top-tier firms will find a freelance remote opportunity focused on building realistic consulting project environments, designing structured tasks for AI agents, and defining evaluation criteria for training AI systems.
Key responsibilities
Build realistic consulting project environments by creating detailed scenarios that reflect real engagement dynamics
Design structured consulting tasks for AI agents, breaking projects into discrete tasks that mirror actual consulting work
Define evaluation criteria and quality standards, developing grading frameworks and solutions for training AI outputs
Required qualifications
3+ years of experience at McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Oliver Wyman, Roland Berger, Monitor Deloitte, EY-Parthenon, Kearney, or Strategy&
Strong structured problem-solving and hypothesis-driven thinking skills
Ability to translate vague problems into clear analytical steps and deliverables
High attention to logical consistency and output quality
Independent, self-directed working style with clear written English proficiency (B2+)
