While being present in the workplace to effectively collaborate and communicate amongst co-workers and teams.Performs other duties as assigned.What You Will Bring:2 – 3 years of full–time industry experience in a warehouse, distribution center, order fulfillment center logistics, supply chain operations or manufacturing environment.High school diploma or equivalentCurrent Forklift license and certification. Ability to exhibit experience with stand-up high-reach forklift equipment, sit-down forklift equipment, pallet riders and/or stock pickers.Must exhibit proficient computer skills, including working knowledge and experience with use of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Outlook, Excel and Word.Must exhibit the ability to read, write, understand and speak English.Strong knowledge of distribution center compliance and procedures and the objectives of handling material within a warehouse.Experience and ability to utilize an RF scanner.Experience with a forklift truck and/or a tugger.Ability to work in a team atmosphere, promoting positive work relationships with other Team Members, as well as internal and external customers.Capacity to utilize effective time management skills and be able to work under the stress of multiple deadlines, requests from other departments, and interruptions with accuracy.Capacity to be self-motivated and achieve goals with minimal supervision or direction.Strong aptitude for and proficiency navigating Systems and ProgramsExperience in interior design, custom home building products, luxury home furnishings and/or lighting industry a plusExceptional organizational and time management skills, with a strong attention to detailAbility to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and changing prioritiesAbility to achieve results both independently and through others by fostering a spirit of teamwork and cooperationDemonstrate exceptional communication across all contact channels, including email, chat and phoneAvailable to work a flexible schedule including weekends, early mornings, late eveningsEquivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered for this roleCompensation Range: $25 per hourCompensation is based on individual factors, including skill set, relevant experience, and work locationQualified applicants are considered for employment, and employees are treated during employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, gender identity, or expression, genetic information, or any other legally protected status.To be eligible for this role, you must be authorized to work in the United States.
