Job Title: Senior Specialist, Systems Engineering
L3Harris is seeking a senior professional with strong knowledge is system engineering to support the CMSS program in its Surveillance Systems division, with sustainment of the current block 10.2 weapons system, and future sustainment of Meadowlands. The systems engineer will be responsible for managing complex projects or processes with general oversight, leading technical design management and obsolescence systems design, development, and testing. Translate customer capability needs into system requirements and manage allocation and traceability across the lifecycle
Develop and maintain system architecture models using tools such as Cameo, MagicDraw, or similar platforms
Perform systems engineering tasks related to obsolescence, including trade studies, requirement comparisons, and lifecycle impact assessments
Generate and update Air Force Technical Orders and support integration activities with a high-level understanding of information system network architecture
Communicate effectively across functions and collaborate closely with Integrated Product Teams in an Agile environment
Bachelor's Degree in relevant field and a minimum of 6 years of prior relevant experience or a Master's Degree in revlevant field and 4 years of related experience. Must possess and be able to maintain an active Top Secret Security Clearance

Direct experience with Electronic Warfare weapon systems and their operation
Familiarity with the Systems Engineering Technical Review processes and ability to tailor
