Head of IT & Security - Remote

Leading the technology function for a remote-first, multi-location organization, the full-time salaried Director of IT will set the vision for IT infrastructure and security while managing operations, vendor relationships, and budget to support business growth.
Key responsibilities
Own the IT strategy and roadmap, aligning technology investments with operational priorities
Build and improve IT operations, including user lifecycle management and access governance
Define and drive the company's cybersecurity posture and establish IT governance policies
Required qualifications
7+ years of progressive IT experience, including leading an IT function in a multi-location environment
Deep expertise in Microsoft 365 administration and Azure AD/Entra ID
Experience owning ERP or CRM platform strategy, with a preference for NetSuite experience
Strong understanding of network architecture, including DNS, DHCP, and VPN
Proven ability to communicate technical risks and tradeoffs to non-technical stakeholders
