Competive Pay: $18.50 – $20.00/hour (Based on experience, availability for shorter shifts, and ability to drive clients)

Flexible Scheduling: Shifts ranging from 4 to 12 hours to fit your lifestyle. Financial Support:

Mileage Reimbursement: Receive $0.80 per mile for travel between client homes.
Referral Bonus: Earn extra for bringing other great caregivers to our team.
Growth & Care:
Paid Training: 5 hours of initial training to get you started.
Provide essential companionship and emotional support.
Assist with personal care, meal preparation, and light housekeeping.
Help seniors maintain their independence and dignity at home.
Reliable individuals with a passion for helping others.
Registered Home Care Aide license, recent negative TB test, CPR certification REQUIRED. Driver with license, insurance and registration, preferred.
Caregivers who live in or are willing to commute to Santa Monica, Mar Vista, Culver City, West LA, or Inglewood.
Those who prefer shorter, flexible shifts but still want to make a big impact.
Although we don't guarantee shifts, we do our best to fill up your schedule to meet your needs!
