Employee Relations HRBP (Remote)

At LetsGetChecked/Fuze Services, the HRBP is a strategic consultant to our leadership teams, specifically supporting our US-based lab operations and corporate functions. You won't just be "running" HR processes; you will be architecting the talent strategy that enables our mission to empower people to take control of their health.
As a HRBP, you will bridge the gap between business goals and people initiatives, serving as a trusted advisor to senior leaders. You will navigate the complexities of healthcare regulations while fostering a culture of innovation and high performance.
Organizational Design: Consult on team structures, succession planning, and workforce scaling to ensure we have the right talent in the right seats as we grow.
Complex Employee Relations: Lead and resolve high-level employee relations matters, conducting thorough investigations and providing coaching to managers to foster a healthy, compliant work environment.
Performance & Talent Management: Drive the annual performance cycle, compensation reviews, and talent development initiatives to identify and nurture our future leaders.
Regulatory & Lab Compliance: Ensure all people practices meet the rigorous standards of the healthcare industry, including federal, state, and local employment laws across various US jurisdictions.
Data-Driven Insights: Analyze people metrics (turnover, engagement, headcount) to identify trends and provide proactive solutions to the executive team.
Experience: 7+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3+ years in a dedicated HRBP or HR Leadership role. Business Acumen: You understand how a global healthcare company operates. You can speak the language of the business and translate it into HR deliverables.

Physical requirements for this role include the ability to work at a computer terminal with monitor, keyboard and mouse for extended periods of time, stoop, bend, and reach for equipment and supplies, make frequent repetitive motions required to operate a computer that include the wrists, hands and fingers, and lift, carry, push, pull, and move light objects up to 20 pounds. Travel: Yes - Required up to 10% of the time

Alto Pharmacy, Fuze Health, LetsGetChecked, and Fuze Care Services can not take over, transfer, or sponsor any visa type at this time.

Employees are also provided flexible vacation time, accrued paid sick time, 10 paid holidays, (2 floating holidays for full time non-exempt employees) , and eight weeks of paid parental leave for eligible employees, additional paid weeks for the birthing parent, 4 weeks paid caregiver leave, and a Lifestyle Spending Account allowance each month.
