Lead Swim Instructor Supervisor
Goldfish Swim School
Goldfish Swim School is seeking a confident, organized Deck Supervisor to lead the pool deck during lessons and develop the deck team. This shift leadership role focuses on keeping lessons on time, on brand, and delivering a golden experience to every student and family.
You will coach Swim Instructors, Deck Assistants, and Lifeguards through direct observation and constructive feedback, coordinate daily logs, and help ensure a safe, clean pool environment while covering shifts as needed.
