Job Description Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)
At AdviniaCare Providence, we provide a deeper level of personal caring. We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our rehabilitation team on a full time basis. As a PTA, you will assist in the provision, collection of assessment data, and direct treatment to a general rehab caseload under the direction and supervision of a Physical Therapist.
Provide direct resident treatments in accordance with an established plan of care, including individual, supervised, and group treatment sessions
Consult with and train patients, residents, and caregivers
Document activities according to the company's clinical documentation system on a timely basis
Demonstrate consistent knowledge and application of Medicare and other reimbursement regulations
Participate in clinical program development and implementation
Demonstrate ability for continuous new learning to remain current in the field
Associate's Degree in Physical Therapist Assistant from an accredited program
