Description

Evaluate patients in various settings, whether inpatient or outpatient, and craft tailored treatment plans
Execute physical therapy interventions aimed at improving mobility, strength, balance, and overall function
Collaborate with nurses, physicians, case managers, and other rehabilitation professionals to enhance patient outcomes
Educate patients and their families on therapeutic goals, discharge readiness, and exercises to continue at home
Document assessments, treatments, and progress meticulously, adhering to facility and regulatory standards
Engage in care team rounds and interdisciplinary meetings to ensure seamless patient care
Education
~ Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited program

Certifications
State licensure as a Physical Therapist
CPR certification preferred
Additional specialized certifications (neurological, geriatric, etc.) are a plus but not mandatory

Prior experience is strongly preferred
