Registered Nurse (RN) Labor and Delivery

Registered Nurse (RN) Labor and Delivery jobs in Silver City, NM let you support mothers and newborns in a hospital recognized for patient-centered care and quality standards. As an RN-LD, you will provide nursing care during labor, delivery, and postpartum, working with a collaborative team in a facility designated as Baby-Friendly and Birthing-Friendly, and serving as a regional medical hub. You must have an active New Mexico RN license and a degree from an accredited nursing program. At least 1 year of recent labor and delivery experience is required, along with Basic Life Support (BLS) and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certifications. Experience with electronic medical record (EMR) systems is also necessary. Recommended skills include strong clinical judgment, adaptability, and the ability to work effectively in a diverse, community-focused environment.
