Inventory Cycle Counters - NEEDED ASAP!!

As an Inventory Specialist, you are the backbone of our local warehouse operations. This role exists to ensure that the right parts reach our customers at the right time, maintaining the precision and organization that our supply chain depends on. What Success Looks Like Success in this role is measured by the accuracy of our inventory and the responsiveness of our service. In the first few months, you will focus on learning our systems, mastering our part-identification process, and integrating into our safety-first culture. Over time, you will become the go-to person for inventory data, proactively identifying stock needs and keeping our facility running smoothly.
Daily tasks include:
Processing incoming shipments, verifying orders, and stocking materials correctly.
Fulfilling requests by staging and kitting items for clients.
Performing regular cycle counts to ensure our digital records match our physical stock.
Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe storeroom environment.
Providing professional, clear communication when assisting internal teams and site clients.
Requirements Must-Haves High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow specific operational procedures.
Basic computer skills, specifically with Windows and Microsoft Office.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and task management.
Ability to learn part identification and inventory management software quickly.
Nice-to-Haves Prior experience working in a warehouse, storeroom, or logistics environment.
Familiarity with ERP systems or dedicated inventory management software.
Previous experience with cycle counting, kitting, or material handling.
Compensation and Schedule Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour.
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM.
