We are seeking an experienced ICU RN / Critical Care Nurse for a travel nurse opportunity in an acute-care Intensive Care Unit. This ICU travel assignment is ideal for Registered Nurses with strong critical thinking, ventilator management, and acute patient monitoring skills. Vineland, NJ offers a welcoming community and easy access to nearby metropolitan and coastal areas.

Active RN license in New Jersey or compact state
Minimum 1 year of recent ICU experience (progressive critical care experience preferred)
Experience with ventilator management, hemodynamic monitoring, and titratable drips
Ability to collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary care teams
Provide high-quality, evidence-based nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU
Monitor, assess, and document patient status, trends, and responses to interventions
Operate and manage mechanical ventilators and advanced life support equipment
Administer medications, titrate drips, and perform advanced nursing procedures as indicated
Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and other team members to develop and implement care plans
Adhere to hospital policies to maintain a safe, clean clinical environment
