Outpatient Physical Therapist (PT)

Key Responsibilities

Evaluate and treat patients in an outpatient setting.
Develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to enhance outcomes.
Build strong relationships with patients, staff, and the local community.
Maintain accurate documentation using an electronic medical record system.
Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and standards.
Qualifications
Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program
Current state licensure (or eligibility) to practice as a Physical Therapist
Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills
Commitment to delivering compassionate, high-quality care
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Capability to assist patients and lift up to 50 pounds when needed
Manual dexterity for therapeutic interventions
Visual and auditory ability to assess and communicate effectively
Flexibility to adapt within a dynamic clinical environment
