At Bloom, we thrive on collaboration, bold thinking, and relentless innovation. We are looking for a Materials Handler to join our team in one of today's most exciting technologies. This role will report to the Warehouse Manager and is based in Fremont, CA. This is a fully on-site role working day shift hours.
Receiving & Shipping: Unload delivery trucks, verify incoming shipments against purchase orders, and prepare outgoing products for secure transport.
Inventory Control: Track inventory levels, record product locations, and participate in regular cycle counts or physical inventory checks to resolve discrepancies
Order Fulfillment: Pull and package materials to support daily production lines or fulfill customer orders
Equipment Operation: Safely utilize material handling equipment, such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks
Safety & Compliance: Adhere to safety regulations, conduct pre-use equipment inspections, and maintain a clean, organized warehouse
1-2 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or a production environment.

  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with Oracle and scanners.
  • Forklift certification is highly preferred and frequently required.
