Groundskeeper (Full Time Seasonal)

Winterwood, Inc. is hiring for the role of Groundskeeper. The Groundskeeper will play a vital role in ensuring that the grounds of the community are attractive, orderly, and healthy. Job Type: Full-time (40 hours per week)
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00 AM-4:30 PM
Compensation: $20.00 per hour
Sign-On Bonus: $500 (Payable on first paycheck. Health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance.

• Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Excellent customer service skills and able to work well in a team environment.
Inspects grounds daily for needed repairs such as gutters, downspouts, roofing, siding, water leaks, HVAC units, etc.
Plant, weed, and water flowers, shrubs, and trees to enhance the landscape.
Assist with seasonal tasks such as snow removal and leaf collection.
Completes make-ready process of vacant units as directed by the Property Manager, including repairs, cleaning and painting.
Collaborate with team members to ensure a safe and pleasant environment for residents and visitors.
