A thriving, doctor-led optometry practice seeks a dedicated Optometrist to join its supportive team. This is a great opportunity for a motivated professional who values autonomy and a close-knit environment.

Schedule:

MondayThursday: 8:00am 5:00pm

Friday: 8:00am 2:00pm

Occasional half-day Saturdays (every couple of months)

Compensation & Benefits:

Competitive base salary: $165,000$175,000

Earn bonuses based on a percentage of net revenue from your patients, including optical sales

Sign-on bonus: $10,000

Role Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive eye exams for patients of all ages

Diagnose and manage ocular diseases such as glaucoma and diabetic retinopathy

Prescribe corrective lenses and provide contact lens fittings

Educate patients on eye health and preventative care

Collaborate with support staff to ensure efficient and high-quality patient care

Maintain accurate patient records and follow best clinical practices.
