Location: Wheat Ridge, CO Pay Rate: $28/hr Employment Type: Contingent with potential pathway for hire Schedule: 7:00am6:00pm; hours vary

Why This Role Matters As a Phlebotomist Floater, you are essential to delivering accurate diagnostic testing and a positive patient experience. Your expertise in specimen collection and patient interaction helps ensure timely, reliable results that support critical healthcare decisions.

What You'll Do

Perform venipuncture and capillary collections for patients across all age groups, including pediatric and geriatric

Prepare, label, and process specimens for laboratory testing following established procedures

Verify patient identity and ensure accurate labeling in the patient's presence

Maintain documentation and adhere to quality, safety, and compliance standards

Travel to multiple locations, including patient service centers and physician offices, based on business needs

Deliver excellent customer service while building trust and confidence with patients

What We're Looking For

A current, up-to-date resume

High school diploma or equivalent

Minimum 3 years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and clean driving record

Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, overtime, and adapt to changing schedules

Minimum 2 years of Patient Service Center experience preferred

Ability to meet compliance requirements
