Vaco Phoenix is partnering with a leading financial services organization in Austin to hire an Advisor Onboarding Specialist. This is a direct-hire opportunity offering up to $125,000 annually and requires approximately 80% travel.
Serve as the primary point of contact for advisor technology platforms, coordinating issue resolution and ensuring a positive user experience
Provide onsite transition support for newly affiliated advisor firms, assisting with onboarding, training, and change management
Bachelor's degree required, or a combination of 4+ years of equivalent financial services industry experience
Strong knowledge of financial services technology platforms, CRM systems, financial planning software, performance reporting tools, and client service solutions
Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual's skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs. As required by local law in geographies that require salary range disclosure, Vaco/Highspring notes the salary range for the role is noted in this job posting. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, and can participate in medical, dental, and vision benefits as well as the company’s 401(k) retirement plan.
