Machine Operator - Taylor, TX
Full Time | Location: Taylor, TX | Salary: $22.06 - $26.54 per hour (includes 10% shift differential). 2nd shift: 3pm - 11:30pm Monday‑Friday. Overtime scheduled as needed.

Program layouts for production as needed; use software to determine cutting paths, speeds, passes, and tool sizes for production, and generate routing paths for tooling.

Utilize shop tools such as grinders, saws, and hand tools to complete wooden molds.

Repair broken molds in a timely manner to ensure minimal disruption of the molding process.

Develop mold components, ensuring all parts fit together without apparent seams.

Perform routine operator maintenance on equipment and set up of equipment.

Report to Plant Supervisor.

High School Diploma/GED or equivalent or demonstrated competency through work experience.

Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.

Well organized with good software skills and familiarity with computer database usage and internet file transfer.

Ability to learn and utilize CAD/CAM and graphics software.
