HCA's Needed- Personal Care

Facility: Mary's Hospital
Schedule: PRN / Rotating
Support daily living and dignity by assisting patients with personal care and mobility, ensuring they feel comfortable and respected during their hospital stay.
Be the clinical eyes and ears of the unit by promptly recognizing and reporting changes in a patient’s physical or emotional condition to the nursing team.
Create a healing environment by maintaining organized, patient-ready rooms and ensuring essential medical equipment is prepared for immediate use.
Streamline the care journey through accurate documentation of patient activities, ensuring the entire medical team has a clear picture of the patient’s progress.
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
Certified Nursing Assistant credentialed from the state of Wisconsin, and in Nurse Aide Registry with eligibility to work in a hospital setting obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
Enrollment in a nursing program preferred.
